Step-by-Step Instructions: 1. Slide the foam sleeve over the CO2 cartridge. 2. Thread the cartridge clockwise into the inflator head. 3. Thread the 2-in-1 valve head deeply onto the Presta or Schrader tire valve. 4. Slowly turn the lever counter-clockwise to release the CO2 gas, up to a 45-degree angle.
