One of our standout products is our Tubeless Tire Repair Kit. If you run tubeless, this is an essential tool to have. It's a simple yet ingenious solution – if your tire is leaking air, you can quickly "ram" a rubberized rope plug into the hole from the outside, then re-inflate the tire with a bike pump or CO2 inflator. Job done, and you're back on the road in no time.

When a puncture is too large for the tubeless sealant (including Slime or Stan's NoTubes), our combined tire reamer and insertion tool makes it easy to plug the hole with a tire plug, saving your ride and allowing you to quickly get back to the joy of cycling.

Our Tubeless Tire Repair Kit is designed for quick and easy flat repair on mountain, road, hybrid, e-bike, cyclocross, gravel, and ATV bikes. The storage canister neatly includes the needle (tire reamer and insertion tool), as well as 5 "Bacon" strips (1.5mm thickness for road tires and smaller punctures) and 5 "Black" strips (3.5mm for mountain bike and hybrid tires). These plugs are made from vulcanized butyl rubber.

The CNC-machined aluminum storage capsule is durable and compact, doubling as a handle when the kit is in use. This safely stores the exposed insertion needle and tire plugs, and the small capsule can be stowed in your bike/saddle bag or hydration/backpack. The capsule dimensions are 2.8cm diameter and 7cm length, weighing 50g.
